At the EuroKUP meeting in Nafplio, Greece, March 2009, major pitfalls in clinical proteomics research were discussed extensively, presentations slides from that meeting can be found here. Following this discussion, additional contributors from the scientific community were invited to join the generation of guidelines for scientific reporting of biomarker discovery findings. These recommendations are published in Sci.Transl.Med. 2, 46ps42(2010)
